Well....It might....
Have you seen the trailer? IT LOOKS SWEET! Well, so did ps1 FMVs from '98! I have seen the thing from E3, that demo, it looks exactly like red faction 2... I hope it is not, that game was OK but well.. it was two years ago. Bungie pulled of MAGIC with halo 1 and i hope they dont screw up halo 2. (i am STILL looking forward to it lol)
